⁵ I ^(A)acknowledged my sin to You,
And my iniquity I ^(B)did not hide;
I said, “^(C)I will confess my transgressions to the Lord”;
And You ^(D)forgave the ^[a]guilt of my sin. Selah.
⁶ Therefore, let everyone who is godly pray to You ^[b](E)in a time when You may be found;
Surely ^(F)in a flood of great waters they will not reach him.
⁷ You are ^(G)my hiding place; You ^(H)preserve me from trouble;
You surround me with ^[c](I)songs of deliverance. Selah.
